2026 Cultural Baseline Survey
Your Survey Results Are In – And We’re Listening.
The recent Cultural Baseline Survey sent a clear and meaningful message: our employees care deeply about their teams, their patients, and the future of our organization. Just as importantly, they shared honest feedback about where we can improve — and we are listening.
The purpose of the survey was to better understand the legacy Rezolut culture, identify strengths, and surface opportunities to improve both the employee and patient experience during integration with Envision Radiology. Key themes emerged around communication, recognition, leadership support, staffing, workflow, and facility improvements.
Employees expressed a strong desire for more transparent, timely communication, better visibility into decisions, and stronger two-way dialogue. They also highlighted the importance of feeling recognized, supported, and invested in through professional development, benefits, and consistent leadership engagement. Operational challenges were also raised, including scheduling complexity, staffing shortages, and equipment and system needs that directly impact patient care.
At the same time, there is real optimism. Many employees shared pride in their work and excitement about becoming part of Envision Radiology, along with a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
Most importantly, this feedback is already being put into action — through improved communication efforts, employee recognition programs, recruiting and training initiatives, compensation reviews, and ongoing operational enhancements.
