Envision Radiology Expands National Reach with Rezolut Acquisition

Envision Radiology has entered a new chapter of growth, announcing the acquisition of Rezolut, a national diagnostic imaging organization recognized for its innovation and patient-centered care. Finalized on January 1, 2026, the partnership represents a significant step forward in expanding access to high-quality outpatient imaging across the United States.

Together, the organizations will serve patients at more than 100 centers nationwide, spanning over 20 states. Rezolut’s network of 42 outpatient centers, along with its in-house mammography programs, mobile women’s imaging services, and equipment service line, complements Envision’s established national presence and reputation for clinical excellence.

Leadership from both organizations emphasized that the move is rooted in shared values. Aaron Ramsay, Chief Executive Officer of Envision Radiology, described the acquisition as “a partnership in purpose,” focused on improving lives through quality and service. By bringing teams together, the combined organization aims to expand access to advanced imaging while maintaining a consistent, compassionate patient experience.

Dr. Jin Kim, CEO of Rezolut, echoed that alignment, noting that both organizations share a commitment to innovation, service, and patient care. In his continued leadership role, he will help guide the integration while supporting future growth and development.

As part of the transition, Rezolut team members will join Envision’s 100% employee-owned structure—an approach designed to foster accountability, engagement, and a strong service culture. Importantly, patients and referring providers can expect continuity, as day-to-day operations and care delivery will remain unchanged during integration.
